
ATS Exhibition
Integral to the technical conference are a series of social and networking events, as well as the industry exhibition. In a shift from previous Australasian Tunnelling Conferences, the 2020 conference will place a stronger emphasis on the industry exhibition which runs in parallel to the technical program.
To this end we have secured 4,500m2 of exhibition space immediately adjacent to the presentation venues, so as to provide a highly integrated technical and trade event. The ATS2020+1 organising committee would also like to highlight the Custom Exhibition Booths and Custom Equipment Displays we will be establishing, which will be special features in addition to the standard priced exhibition options. Our intent is that interested parties contact us with a display or equipment proposal that will be a real centrepiece to the exhibition. We are looking to you for outstanding suggestions that will be the talk of the conference, and as such we will discuss directly with you if interested, thus this will be facilitated via an Expression of Interest process.

ATS2020+1 will host an Exhibition at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre from 10th – 13th May 2021. The floor plan for the exhibition will be developed to suit the number and type of exhibit bookings received to ensure that optimum exposure is provided for all exhibitors. Once the final floor plan is developed, booths and exhibition space will be allocated in the order of receipt of booking by the Conference Manager in consultation with the Exhibitor. Please note that Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze Partners will receive the prime exhibition locations and will be allocated space before other Exhibitors. If you wish to exhibit in a prime location, then please consider taking one of the partnership opportunities.

ONSITE
- One (1) complimentary full delegate conference registration including all technical sessions, one copy of the conference proceedings, morning and afternoon teas, lunches and all social functions.
- One complimentary booth attendee pass including catering throughout the three day program, and welcome reception. The conference dinner is an additional cost.
- Opportunity for a brief presentation of your organisation as part of the Exhibitors Presentations steam of the conference (limited places available – please confirm interest at time of booking)
- Additional three-day booth attendee passes are available @ $585 per person

All furniture, signage and audio-visual can be ordered through the Exhibition Contractor. Upon receipt of your booking and the allocation of your location within the exhibition hall, your details will be forwarded to the Exhibition Contractor and they will contact you directly to discuss your requirements for fitout of your exhibition space.
